Registration Fee and Payment Methods

Registration Fee

Registration fee will be used to cover tea breaks, lunch, banquet.
Junior scientists can apply for registration waiver. Registration fee paid before September 27, 2018 is listed below

-- 800 RMB for all participants
-- 200 RMB for each accompanying person to attend the banquet.

For accompanying persons

Accompanying person can attend the banquet. Please send an email to leeastronomy@sjtu.edu.cn to indicate the number of accompany persons and their names before September 27, 2018.

Payment Method

-- online e-payment via SJTU online payment (foreign CC with surcharge)

-- Please refer to SJTU payment tutorial in case of problems.

Receipt and Invoice

It takes 24-48 hours for the fund to be transferred and show up in our local account, thus it may take a few days for the payment confirmation letter to be sent via email. We apologize for the delay.

In addition to the confirmation letter, we will also provide a paper receipt (with official stamp) upon request via email or at the conference. If you need a specialized format or wording/title for the receipt, please notify leeastronomy@sjtu.edu.cn in advance.
